From a parent’s point of view, working with the staff at Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center was wonderful! Each person I worked with was professional, friendly and genuinely concerned. Every aspect of our work with the CSHC went smoothly and we never had any problems. The therapist always answered my questions and explained her procedures and their benefits. She encouraged my active participation in my son’s learning and facilitated my involvement. She always took my opinion seriously. She listened carefully to my input about my son’s development then proceeded in a way that showed how she valued my concerns.
